How to get here

The Miners’ is located just off the main road in Ammanford and within walking distance of the bus and train station. Adjacent to the theatre is a large car park which means if you decide to drive to the theatre you won’t have far to walk. You will not be able to see the theatre from the main road as it sits behind the Miners’ Welfare. Below you will find additional information on how to get to the Miners’:

By Car
Whether you come from the east or west the best way to get the Miners’ is to drive to Pont Abram which is the end of the M4 and follow signs to Ammanford. Once you get into Ammanford you will come to a cross roads, turn left onto Tir-Y-Dail Lane and take the first right turn. This will take you into a car park and the Miners’ Theatre is located at the far end.
The postcode for the Miners’ is SA18 3DN for anyone using a satnav.

Parking
Long Stay – There is a long stay car park adjacent to the theatre and is called Wind Street. You can park all day here for £1.50. Parking is free overnight between 6pm and 8am and all day Sunday.

By Coach and Bus:
Ammanford bus station is located in the town centre and is only a 3 minute walk from the theatre.
